Do cushion inserts come with the covers?

Inserts are not included in the price of the covers, unless explicitly stated in the Product Description. Some people wish to keep their shipping costs down and prefer to purchase inserts from their local craft or department store.

You can add insert/s to your order if you prefer; they can be found in "Options" section of the product, or via the “Cushion Inserts” category.

 

What are your cushions made out of?

Most of our handmade covers are made out of cotton, however a handful are made out of cotton canvas. Each listing will state this.

The Lofty Inserts are Australian made out of non-woven fabric outer casing, and are filled with white polyester filling. 

The Luxe Inserts are 100% duck feather and have a 100% cotton outer casing.

 

The item is out of stock, are more available?

Sometimes ;)

Please email us, we might have more fabric on hand, or we may need to get it in; from Australia or abroad. Some fabrics are rare and may no longer be available. So buy now or cry later!

 

Do you do custom orders?

We sure do. Please email us and we can work something out.

 

What sizes are available?

For the items on the website, the size is given within the Product Description in each listing. Nearly all listings are approx 45cm x 45cm. A few are 50cm x 50cm. A couple of rectangular cushions are available in a dark retro zombie design measuring 30cm x 45cm and 30cm x 50cm.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders are wrapped nicely, but if you want something a little more fancy, there’s an option to add gift wrapping when you add a cushion insert to your order. With a small fee, of course.

 

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We sure do! Any amount you like. Gift vouchers have a 1 year expiry and can be found in the top right section of our store, above the Search Bar.

Gift vouchers are emailed to the lucky recipient. 

 

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

FLAT RATE standard shipping for covers only, anywhere in Australia is $7.45.

Where cushion inserts are involved, once you add all your items to your cart, you can jump into your cart, simply enter your location and get a cost. No need to register as a customer to find out. Isn’t that cool?

The cost is calculated by Australia Post.

 

How long before my order is despatched?

For in stock items, please see the “Shipping Info” page.

 For Custom Orders, this will be discussed with you prior to placing your order.

 

Do you offer Express Post?

Yes, please see the “Shipping Info” page for further info.

 

How quickly will my order be delivered?

Approx timeframes are listed on the “Shipping Info” page. This info has been provided by Australia Post. Unfortunately Standard Post times cannot be exact. We also offer Express Post at an extra cost if you are worried.

 

Do all your shipping options include tracking?

Yes. Not negotiable.

You will receive a Tracking Number when your item has been sent. If you haven’t received one and you think you should have by now, please check your Promotions or Junk folders first, and if you still can’t find it, email us.

 

Do you offer pick up?

No, unless you are related or live next door.

 

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes, unless you live in North America.  My product liability insurance does not cover me in those countries. Think they are too scared to be sued.

 

PAYMENT / ORDERS

 

How do I return an item?

Please see the “Returns” page.

 

I forgot to enter the discount code. Can you refund my discount?

Sorry no. Our automated systems aren’t set up for that.

 

How do I apply more than one discount code?

Unfortunately you can’t. Do your sums, figure out the best one and apply that.

 

I’ve just placed an order. I found something else I need to add to it. Can you do that?

Yes, but only if we are contacted via email before the order has been dispatched.  If it hasn’t been dispatched, DON’T place the order. If it’s caught in time, we’ll send instructions through of how to pay in order to combine shipping.

Note: If you are super desperate for the item and would be crushed if someone got to it before we had a chance to reply to you, you are just going to have to suck it up and place another order to ensure you don’t miss out.

 

Have you received my order?

We should have! You will get a Confirmation Email once the order has hit our system. If you can’t find the email, please check your Promotions or Junk folders first, and if you still can’t find it, email us.
